Shehu holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM) and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
He started his professional career with the renowned firm of chartered Accountants, MU’ALLAHYI and Co, in Kaduna, where he handled large and medium sized audit of companies in the different sector of the economy. He gained vast ocean of knowledge and skill in the areas of accounting, taxation, auditing, investigation, business management and finance.
A seasoned Professional with over 25 years cognate experience spanning professional Accounting practice, commerce and finance both in public and private sectors, his areas of expertise includes; financial reporting and analysis, audit and assurance, taxation, strategic business development and implementation, financial advisory, enterprise risk management, project management and human resource management.
He was at Media Trust Limited (publishers of Daily Trust and other tittles) where he was at a time the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the company. He is presently the Managing Partner of Shehu Mohammed & Co. (Chartered Accountants).
He has attended several Executive Management training programs both locally and internationally. This includes the Lagos Business School, Howard Business school Washington D.C, USA and the Manchester Business School, UK.

Ajibola Ma’roof Ibraheem is a graduate of Osun State Polytechnic, Iree. He had his HND in Accounting in year 2001. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria (ICEN), Graduate Member, Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM), Member of Information System Audit and Control Association (ISACA), Canada and a Certified Islamic Finance Executive (CIFE) from Ethical Institute of Islamic Finance, Dubai United Arab Emirate.
He is about rounding up his Master Degree programme in Accounting at Ahmadu Bello University (ABU) Zaria. He has completed his professional training with International Institute of Certified Forensic Investigation Professional (USA) Incorporation for award of Masters Degree in Forensic Investigation and Member International Institute of Certified Forensic Investigation Professional (IICFIP) as Certified Forensic Investigation Professional (CFIP).
Trained and certified in International Financial Reporting Standard for Small and Medium Enterprises (IFRS for Small and Medium Enterprises) by Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria.
He commenced his professional career with Exigency Management Consultants (Accounting, Auditing and Consultancy Firm) in Osogbo in 1998. He had since then acquired various experience in Accounting, Auditing and Consulting through recognized firms of Chartered Accountants, the latest of which is Shehu Mohammed & Co.

Lawal Tajudeen

Lawal Tajudeen holds a Bachelor of Science in Management and Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile- Ife, Masters Degree in Financial Economics (MFE) from University of Abuja, Masters in Business Administration (MBA Finance) from Nasarawa State University, Keffi. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and Nigeria Institute of Management (Chartered)
He has built a career spanning thirteen years in Finance, Accounting and expertise in accounting software (Expert knowledge in TALLY ERP-9) in public and private sector which enabled his competency and additional advantage in the following areas: Due process and transparency, annual budget and monitoring of budget performance, Staff payroll with all the statutory deductions.
He has presented various training papers at seminars and workshops on IPSAS and other government accounting systems.
BAWA SALISU SALE

Bawa is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and Nigeria Institute of Management. He is a graduate of Business Administration from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and a Masters degree holder in Business Administration from Bayero University Kano.
His specialization is in Revenue generation and Management, Tax, Auditing, Human capacity development and Business Advisory.
He is an expert in Taxation and has worked with the Federal Inland Revenue Service rising through the ranks to the position of Assistant Director. During his working with the FIRS he was the Tax Controller in Kaduna, Niger and the Federal Capital of Abuja.
He provides strategic leadership to the firm in the area of Taxation and Public Sector Accounting.

Olawuyi Victoria
B.Sc, ACA
Victoria is a first class graduate of Accounting from Covenant University, Ota and an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). She is an ICAN award winner.
She has the onus of generating new business ideas and opportunities for the firm. She is involved in the development and implementation of proposals for various financial and process audits which turns out to be successful assignments. Over the years, she has developed a sound knowledge of Business Development practices, Accounting/ Auditing, Taxation and Business Consulting.
